Welcome to The Independent Artist Blueprint (the “Course”), operated by Angelina Payne Agency (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, course materials, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “user,” “student,” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian to enroll.
  • By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Course Access & Use

  • Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal educational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share course materials with others.
  • Access is provided digitally; no physical materials are included unless explicitly stated.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All course fees must be paid in full (or via any approved installment/deposit plan) prior to gaining access.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of the Company and must be requested in writing within 7 days of enrollment. After that period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes may apply.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided in the Course, including videos, text, workbooks, templates, and digital materials, are the sole property of Angelina Payne Agency.
  • You agree not to copy, share, or use the materials outside the scope of your personal development.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect community guidelines and communication channels, if applicable.
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

6. Disclaimers

  • The Course is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results such as recording contracts, show bookings, or financial earnings.
  • Success depends on your effort, consistency, and independent application of the material.
  • The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Course or Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelina Payne Agency is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.
  • Business losses, loss of opportunity, or lost profits.
  • Technical issues or downtime of the website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized distribution of materials, or use the Services in a manner that harms the Company or other users.

9. Privacy Policy

Our handling of personal data is outlined separately in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in that policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Alberta.
